1 Material selection
The backpack is usually made of polyester and nylon. Polyester is characterized by high strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, strong light resistance, easy to absorb odor, such as sweat smell on the body. If you carry this kind of backpack for a long time, there will be sweat smell on the backpack, which will affect the use. Nylon is characterized by high wear resistance, light weight, good elasticity, and is not easy to leave sweat. We decide what fabric to use according to our own needs. If you like sweating, it is recommended that you choose Nylon Backpack; If you often use backpacks in strong light, it is recommended that you use polyester fabric backpacks.
2 Production
When you make sure that the sample is OK and the material is selected, there are no more than two kinds of production methods: flow type and finished product type. Flow pattern is the continuity, proportion and rhythm of flow production to achieve balanced production and improve production efficiency; Most of the finished products (one worker completes all the steps of a backpack) are made of small orders. The bags are relatively few and require fast delivery. Each of the two methods has its own advantages and disadvantages.
3. Packing and delivery
After the backpack production is finished, usually the backpack manufacturer will pack according to the customer's requirements and negotiate with the customer about the delivery time.
